Preferred browser: Google Chrome
No applications, downloads, or installs are required. Everything is delivered online through the browser.
Audio / Video
Audio and Video access need to be enabled and allowed when using Google Chrome.
Screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 pixels

Commonly asked questions regarding Remote Proctoring Data Retention
Remote proctoring utilizes a front-facing web camera to detect facial anomalies during the exam process. These images are captured and monitored utilizing the highly secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) and incorporating a Serverless Application Management (SAM) architecture. Access to this information is limited to select personnel who are FBI background checked. All data captured during the remote proctoring session, including personally identifiable information, is deleted from all services after 30-days of completion.
