- After you log into your account at login.youscience.com, click on Bulk Invite Students (on the right)
- Then, download the spreadsheet template by clicking on Download Spreadsheet Template on the left
- Make sure every student on your list has a group name (their group within the admin portal, ex. Class of 2025), a first name, a last name, and an email address. The student ID field is optional. Save your spreadsheet
- Come back to the admin portal and click Upload Completed Spreadsheet. Upload your file. If you have not created groups yet, you need to confirm the creation of those groups and additional licenses.
- Once data has been uploaded, you are ready to send out your email invites! Go back to Manage Groups (on the Home screen of your portal)
- Click on View Group in green, then the Pending Activation tab
- Click on the box next to "Last Name" to select all students, then click Send Invitation Email (in green) at the top
